Emphasis of this program is an introduction to the laws of the game, basic soccer skills and increased development of age-appropriate locomotive skills.
Practices are held weeknights usually at a neighborhood park or school and are scheduled by the coaches.
Coaches are parent volunteers who are provided training, suggested practice plans and minimal equipment.
Games are played on Saturdays against other SVFC teams
U4-U6 are coed teams
U7-U8 are gender based teams

U9-U14 Interleague
Emphasis of this program is the continued development of each players soccer skills as well as an introduction to a more competitive environment. Interleague requires a higher level of commitment due to increased practice and travel time.
Coaches are parent volunteers who are provided training, suggested practice plans and minimal equipment.
Gender Specific Teams
Practices are held once or twice during the week and are scheduled by the coach.
Opponents - Play teams from other clubs within Denver Metro Area and Northern Colorado. For example: Boulder Westminster, Arvada or Golden. Half of the games are played at home, half away.
Teams play 7-8 games season.
Games are generally played on Saturday - season may include 1 or 2 Sunday games.

Option 1 requires a higher level of commitment due to increased practice time, more games per season and farther game locations. Generally, players with the ambition of playing competitive in the future play in Option 1, but it is not required.
