2 - Players who register by the Regular Registration Deadline are guaranteed placement on a team.
3 - A late fee is incurred for players who register after the Regular Registration Deadline but before the Final Registration Deadline. Players are not guaranteed placement on a team, and spots will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
